Lots of good ideas here. Some of them we could realistically do once we get a little bit more time to work on the game content, others that might be a little bit too much for our 2-person team.
Do you mean displaying the damage you take the same way we already display the damage you inflict?
We had those a while ago, but with the introduction of Greed after level 10, it started to get a bit too crowded and confusing at the top of the screen. (We try to always keep the visible play area as big as possible, to see the threats coming from as far as possible.)
I don’t know what you mean by EXP. If you mean adding DNA in addition to Credits when you conquer zones, we actually removed that in v0.31 because of many balance and readability reasons.
We’d love to add more abilities to existing ships, but it takes a looooong time to design and implement them. Right now we are more focused on introducing more ship classes. We might revisit the existing ones after this is done.
A common request. Grouroux has done a few designs, but they all have one problem or another. Since the ship interface can be reduced, it’s actually pretty tricky to keep everything clean and tidy in there! But we will definitely address this issue at some point, we “just” need to find the right design!
